FBLA is hosting a pancake breakfast to raise money for the March of Dimes, which is an organization that works to improve the health of mothers and babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. Be there on November 17th from 8am to 11am in the commons! You can get your tickets at the door or from any FBLA member for $5. There will be food, games and lots of fun!

Are you interested in joining the military after high school or do you plan on attending a military academy for college? BHS and PV are hosting a Military and Military Academy night November 13th from 7-8:30 so you can hear from all the branches and get your questions answered. This event is for you and your families. There is a FREE national practice test weekend November 17th and 18th for the ACT/SAT. Students sign up for a free online ACT/SAT test and as soon as they are finished they'll get results. Teachers will explain what the results mean so students can choose the right test to get the best score. To register, click this link: Register on their website here

Have you considered a career in manufacturing or engineering? Would you like an insider look at how you could be a part of Arconic's team? We will be taking only 10 students to Arconic on Friday, November 16th. If you would like more information on the career trip or would like to sign up to go, see Mrs. Hoyt in Student Services.

Happy National French Week! French is spoken by 300 million people around the world. There will be teachers competing to make the best French crepe Today(11/9) during PRIDE Time. Talk to a French Club member or Ms. Conrad for more details.

French Club meets Today(11/9) after school in Ms. Conrad's room, D268. All are welcome, whether you take French or not!

All soccer players not out for a winter sport should start reporting to the weight room after school Monday(11/12). Soccer sign up forms for anyone interested in participating next spring will be available on lifting days. If you are a freshman or new student to BHS be sure to check in with coach Penn in the weight room.

Can you run, jump, or throw! If so, the girls track team wants you! Attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, November 13 at 3:45 in the cafeteria.

Attention all those still interested in coming out for wrestling it's not too late. You do not need shoes, etc just get in contact with Coach Knight or Coach Matthys. Practice starts on Monday and practice rosters for before or after school will be posted on the wrestling room door and sent out on Remind.com.
