German club has its final meeting this Friday, May 31st to round out the year.

Pickleball Players, on Monday, June 10th there will be a pickleball challenge at 11:00 am @ BMS. If interested see Mrs. Lichtenberg for details. It will be a great way to kick off the summer.

Are you interested in music and dance? The BHS Marching Band is looking for you to be a part of the Color Guard for the fall marching band season. Anyone who is interested in finding out more information should sign up for Mr. Dynes PRIDE session on Tuesday and/or Friday next week. All current and former members are also encouraged to attend to share information and help recruit new members. See Mr. Dynes if you have any questions.

Juniors, CCIR/Scott Community College classes are now available to sign up for. You must sign up for an orientation before setting an appointment with your counselor. Information was sent to your email or stop in Student Services for more information.

Attention Seniors: Today, May 29th following graduation rehearsal, all seniors are invited to the elementary schools for a "Senior Walk". Please bring you cap and gown to walk the halls and maybe chat with some former teachers! The younger students will love to see you! Feel free to attend the school you attended or the school of your choice. Times vary so please plan accordingly.

This is the last week to pre-order a yearbook for $70 for the 2018-2019 school year. Only a few extra yearbooks will be available when the books come in the fall. Orders should go to the activity office.

The core leadership group for Black Voices Matter would like to invite all students to a PRIDE session this Thursday, May 30 in the PAC. This is for all students, of all races. We are looking for participation reflective of our entire student body, so please sign up today!

Freshmen boys basketball camp starts Sunday June 2, from 6-8pm @BHS. Varsity and sophomore camp will start Monday June 3rd, at 6:30am @ BHS. If you have any questions see Coach Clark this week

Teens 4 Tomorrow is a youth philanthropy program for high school students from the Quad Cities who learn about community issues, then give grants to local non-profit organizations. They are looking for new members to display and build upon their leadership skills. Apply at www.qccommunityfoundation.org/t4t by May 31st. Join Ms. Woolley & Mrs. Puglisi this Thursday for the final PRIDE offering "Photography & Pen Pals: Exploring World Cultures." We will use Photoshop to make postcards and then write letters to students in Indonesia. We will also hear stories from exchange students at our school. We will meet in B208, Mrs. Puglisi's room. We hope to see you there!
