Have you been told you talk too much? Well, time to put that skill to the test! The Speech and Debate Team will be having their first meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 10th at 3:30pm in Room D105. Stop by to see all the different events we offer, what the travel schedule looks like, and see if you have what it takes to be the next National Qualifier from Bettendorf High School. The theatre department will hold auditions for the fall play, Rehearsal for Murder, Monday after school in the PAC. Please see Mrs. Howard with any questions.

Are you interested in attending a once a month Pride session that is fun, casual, and focused on building healthy intimate relationships? Bethany Family Services will run these sessions and usually provides snacks! Those interested, email Mrs. Hilton-Cullum or Mrs. Cole.

French Club meets this Friday at 3:40pm in Ms. Conrad's room, D268. Bring a treat to share, if you'd like. We will be electing officers.

Attention all 10th grade students, your new chromebooks have arrived! During lunch today, we will collect your old device and charger and exchange it with a new chromebook and charger. Last names, L-Z will be today. Please bring your chromebook and charger to lunch today.

The blood drive is coming up on Tuesday, September 17th. Each donation given helps three or more patients in need of blood. Everyone who donates will receive a free t-shirt and be entered in a raffle. Sign up in the nurse's office, attendance office, or with a member of NHS. You must be at least 16 years old and 110 lbs. in order to donate. 16 year olds need to get a parental consent form from Mrs. Farmer in Room D301. Thanks for helping save a life!
