The Bettendorf Community Schools Foundation scholarships are available now for students to begin applying! Applications are due April 9th!


Western Illinois University and the School of Law Enforcement and Justice Administration are offering interactive activities and information concerning CSI techniques, detecting deception, human tracking, drone and disaster responses. and so much more. This Open House on April 17, 2021 allows you to work directly with and meet our experienced faculty as you conduct blood spatter analysis, cyber investigations, and target terrorism, all while learning about public safety career opportunities, educational choices, and your path to success.

Students, please remember that any 4th quarter schedule changes need to be made prior to the start of 4th quarter. If you need a change made, please schedule an appointment with your counselor.

Are you interested in exploring a career in Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, Medical Coding, or Phlebotomy? All of these careers are in demand and MTI offers short-term training programs to get you certified. BHS Students are invited to visit MTI on April 15th from 11:00-1:30, lunch and transportation will be provided. Bettendorf Baseball is seeking students who love the game and are interested in becoming part of our program as managers. Activities could include recording statistics, analyzing pitching and hitting data, scouting opponents, supervising video streaming, groundskeeping, other forms of in-game support, and announcing games (a paid activity which could overlap). AP Exams begin in just 4 weeks! The AP Government Exam is the very first, on May 3rd. If you signed up to earn that college credit, check your school emails for the review sessions schedule, which begin next week - or stop in and see Mrs. Ahrens.

Today has been declared "Iowa High School Voter Registration Day": #BeAVoter because 50 years ago today Iowa ratified the 26th amendment which lowered the voting age to 18. In Iowa, you can register to vote when you are 17. Raise your voice to impact your future by preparing yourself to vote! To register to vote on - line all you need is the last 5 digits of your social security number and your Iowa Drivers License.
