Congratulations to the JV Volleyball team for a nail biting win against Pleasant Valley last night. Sophomores and Varsity battled hard but ended in losses. You can catch the teams again on Tuesday Sept 21 when they take on Davenport West. To our cheering section, we value the support you show in cheering on the Bulldogs, but just as our players hold themselves to a high standard, we expect the same from the students in the stands. Demonstrate poise while you balance the intensity of a cheer with the supportive nature of your cheer. Demonstrate integrity while you cheer by maintaining class, regardless of the chants of opposing fans. Thank you and We look forward to seeing you at our next matches.

French Club meets this Friday after school in Room D268.

Hey Bulldogs, together we can prevent suicide. So far we know that we can ASK, KEEP THEM SAFE, and BE THERE for a friend or classmate who is struggling. The next step is to “HELP THEM CONNECT”. We help that person build a larger network of support, by connecting them to friends, family, school staff and mental health professionals. Let’s take care of each other, BHS. If you need help now, see a school counselor, text SCHOOL to 741741 or call 1-800-273-TALK. Someone is available 24/7. There is hope. Don’t forget to sign up for Tuesday Pride sessions.
