When the temperatures dictate, students will be allowed to enter the building prior to 7:50 am through the MAIN ENTRANCE ONLY. The south doors will be open for entry beginning at 7:50. Students coming in early must remain in the commons until 7:50.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PRIDE & FINALS: Tuesday after school you will be able sign up for PRIDE for Wednesday/Thursday this week and Monday/Tuesday next week. Please be sure to sign up for a PRIDE session. Seniors are not required to attend PRIDE unless requested by a teacher. As a reminder - students will not be admitted to final exams late - you MUST be on time to your finals or stay for the makeup period in the afternoon.

PV High School has invited BHS students to their annual Hawkeye Hometown Visit Virtual event, where alum share their experience about their journey to the University of Iowa and apply to medical school. Check on the flyer attached to the announcements today for an opportunity to explore Lock 15 with the Army Corps of Engineers. This opportunity will allow students to travel to the bottom of the chamber where you'll observe crews actively performing critical repairs to our aging inland waterway navigation infrastructure. If you're interested, let Mrs. Hoyt know by Friday, January 14th.

The Iowa Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (IASFAA) Community Outreach Committee is holding a Financial Aid Roundtable Q&A event on January 25, 2022, at 5:30 PM via Zoom. Financial Aid representatives from Southwestern Community College, Kirkwood Community College, Grandview University, Grinnell College, and the University of Iowa will be available to discuss FAFSA basics, professional judgements, special circumstances, etc.This event is open to students and/or parents to get their questions answered.Please join us for an evening of all things FAFSA!
