BHS Class of 2022 Commencement Ceremony

In order to preserve the integrity of the graduation ceremony school officials have made the decision to move the graduation ceremony for the Class of 2022 inside the high school gymnasium. After consulting with the National Weather Service in the QC area, Bettendorf currently has forecasted wind gusts between 30-35 miles per hour. This creates both safety and sound quality concerns for an outdoor ceremony. We want to ensure that our graduating class and their families have a memorable experience.

Important information based on the change in venue:

• The doors to the high school gymnasium will be open at 12 pm.
• Seating will be on a first-come first-served basis until the gym seating is full. Tickets are not required and there is not a limit to the number of guests.
• The Performing Arts Center (PAC) will be available for additional seating with a livestream of the ceremony. These guests should enter through the main entrance of the H.S.
